Welcome !

Welcome to the blog for the International Training Course on Mangrove Biodiversity and Ecosystems. The purpose of this blog is to foster discussion and interaction among current and past participants of the course, as well as interested members of the public. We hope this will become a place where individuals can share knowledge, ask questions, and stay informed.

Participants and members of the public are encouraged to ask questions and discuss with each other by commenting on written posts.

Background

The International Training Course on Mangrove Biodiversity and Ecosystems was designed by the Centre of Advanced Study in Marine Biology, Annamalai University, India, with financial assistance provided by the United Nations University. The course is short and intensive, running for a total of 15 days. More information on the course can be found at UNU-INWEH Mangrove Course.

The course has been supported by UNU-INWEH, the UNESCO Man and the Biosphere Programme (UNESCO-MAB), and the South Asia Co-operative Environment Programme (SACEP).
